鎮(zhèn)江藍德特藥業(yè)科技有限公司成立于2007年10月，公司主要從事化學(xué)類藥物的研發(fā)外包和藥物中間體合成業(yè)務(wù)。公司已正式通過了ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系、14000環(huán)境管理體系、18000安全管理體系認證。公司吸納了1位海外留學(xué)人員，并且集中了一批國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀的博士和碩士，建立了一流的研發(fā)中心和分析實驗室，實驗中心建筑面積2000余平米，員工總數(shù)150人，其中研發(fā)人員20余人，博士3人，碩士15人，本科以上人員60人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的50%。

我們建立了國內(nèi)一流硬件的研發(fā)實驗室。主要設(shè)備有4臺安捷倫1200液相色譜、1臺安捷倫7890氣相色譜、梅特勒831水分測定儀、6臺分析平臺、5臺膜真空泵、50升玻璃反應(yīng)釜、旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀等等。

我們的廠房位于鎮(zhèn)江市高資鎮(zhèn)西的江蘇省丹徒經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)精細化工園區(qū)，廠區(qū)占地面積35畝。擁有4個生產(chǎn)車間、3個倉庫、全套環(huán)保設(shè)備。嚴(yán)格按照GMP工廠要求建造，擁有冷凝器15臺、離心機8臺、搪玻璃反應(yīng)釜30臺、雙椎真空干燥器、水環(huán)真空機組、鼓風(fēng)干燥機、萬能粉碎機、搖擺式顆粒機、各種接受槽等。

Radiant Pharma & Tech Co., Ltd. is a privately held research-driven pharmaceutical technology company that combines world-scale and rich chemical synthesis experience. We are keen on the philosophy that the quest for scientific innovation and creativity is our key competence and particularly focused on custom synthesis of high-tech building blocks, intermediates and APIs in close cooperation with our clients and Radiant chemical state-of-the-art technology toolbox is based on a broad range of capabilities.Currently rendered available to our customers are R & D services and speedy synthesis of chemical entities for use in pharmaceutical / biotechnological field and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) manufactured to cGMP standards. By utilizing synergy between biotechnology and classical synthetic organic chemistry, Radiant provides alternative and innovative manufacturing pathways with our production capabilities ranging from gram to multi-ton quantities.

Mission:

Current deliverables at Radiant are contracted R & D services and speedy synthesis of biologically active chemical entities and API intermediates manufactured to cGMP standards. Radiant chemical state-of-the-art technology toolbox is based on a broad range of capabilities, and by utilizing synergy between industrial process development and classical synthetic organic chemistry, we offer alternative and innovative manufacturing pathways with our production capabilities ranging from gram to multi-ton quantities. 

Infrastructure:

Two major segments represent core business operations at Radiant: laboratory research services and manufacturing activities. Our scientific research services are comprised of chemical synthesis, FTE assignments, process research & development, and process route optimization and validation. In parallel, the manufacturing segment focuses on bulk deliveries of advanced intermediates and APIs, custom synthesis and commercial production.

Core Team: 

 Radiant senior management and core technical team consist of Ph.D.s and MBAs rigorously trained in Ivy League schools with rich experience in international pharmaceutical R&D organizations. The team not only injects into the organization consolidated Americanized managerial philosophy, but also connects seamlessly with real international business practices, particularly the ones in the US. Collectively, our senior management is currently in full possession of more than ten pending or granted patents as well as dozens scientific publications, and averages over five years of professional experience in key positions or driver seats on exploratory research work or project management in top ten international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

IP protection:

Radiant considers IP Protection of strategic importance not only to our clients but also to the company's success and its very existence. The company has established a strict documentation procedure rigorously enforced to protect partners' confidential and proprietary information. As an extra effort to ensure the originality and integrity of all research results produced at Radiant for our clients, we entered into an agreement with Zhenjiang Notary Public Office on July 16, 2007 to have independent notary services for all important business documents and research data. Such an agreement is unprecedented in China. It attests to the company's commitment to IP Rights protection.
